“The Pickle” by Logan B. is a beautiful example of how poetry can be a correlation of thoughts, words, and actions. I love how simple this short poem is, but at the same time its simplicity makes me ponder the deeper meaning.
I wonder whether the pickle was meant to portray the first meal after a long hardship; or if it was just eaten by a person who loves pickles. I love how open-ended it is. It’s all up to the reader to interpret its dimension.
