In her article, “Summer Bummer,” Ashley Green tells us readers about how she enters the working world. She talks about wanting to chill out with her friends, but can't because her parents want her to get a job for the summer. And she doesn't want the summer to fly by without her enjoying it.

I agree that all kids should be able to have fun during the summer, but there's a time in a kid's life where they have to take responsibility and get a job. And for Ashley, this was hers. She lands a job, a job at a summer camp, helping kids build memories. And I think that's wonderful.

But getting a job doesn't mean you have to give up everything! It just means you have to give a little bit up. And you know, grow up! As Ashley says, “it's a part of life.”
