How I Changed For the Better

In the October issue, How I Changed for the Better is an inspiring story about a girl who hears a tragic tale about a boy who commits suicide. This fictional tale is a very good article. The boy she heard about was teased and cyber bullied. Jonathan Dow does a great job in describing this life changing story. In 150 minutes she learns how someone feelings can get hurt by what she used to call “meaningless jokes.”
I like this story because it shows how others can get hurt from others jokes. I used to be bullied and I know what it feels like to be hurt. It takes a long time to heal from that. She does a great job in describing the reactions of the crowd and how some people were crying, also how it changed her and the crowd. And now that I have read the story…it has changed me too.
