I have to say that I really enjoyed reading thisopinion piece because sometimes I feel like I'm the kind of girl Alison S.described who feels they need a boyfriend to feel good about themselves. Shewrote, "I am not defined by the man I am dating and do not need a boyfriendto know who I am." I think it is great she has such a positive mindset. Notmany 17-year-olds think that way, and I believe she really will find the perfectboyfriend and husband some day.
