Thank you for publishing the interview with National Public Radio host Ira Glass in your September issue. Mr. Glass is a very talented host, but not very well-known because he is rarely in the public eye. I like that I gained a better understanding of both him and his job.
I love how comprehensive the interview is; there are questions on all aspects of his life. The interview explains Mr. Glass' dedication to radio and to documentaries. Also, he expresses great concern for the creativity and integrity of his work. I am glad he defies convention and reports on a station not dedicated to advertising.
I cannot wait to read the next issue of Teen Ink and I look forward to reading more interviews like the one with Mr. Glass.
