This is one of the saddest stories I have ever read. It reminded me of the phone call we got saying my little cousin was in the hospital. My mom left the house in a rush, but at the hospital a nurse told her my cousin had just been pronounced brain dead. Jill made me remember how big a difference a few minutes can make.
