This story about an interracial couple facing society’s disdain is not a new topic, and I think everybody knows about it. I also think that people should get past the color barrier, or differences in nationality, because it makes you appear not to have any compassion for others.
As I read the story I could picture it all: patrons changing tables to get away from the couple, hearing comments, being stared at because they were different races. It makes me sick to imagine those people staring. I personally apologize to Chatra and Sean for all this behavior and hope it never happens again.
