I disagree with Lauren B. I think that texting is not that rude. If somebody are in a conversation and you just pause what you’re doing just to text then it’s kind of rude. I text a lot but I turned my keypad volume all the way down so it doesnt beep. Also it’s not even that bad, maybe Lauren just has a problem with sound but most people can just ignore it. I love to text and the reason people respond so quickly is because they’re having a conversation and the other person might not be avalible later. I think that it’s not that big of a deal to me but I guess it’s different for other people.
