I wholeheartedly agree with Caroline in her article "Six Percent" when she explains the many anxieties involved in college applications. Caroline voices the concerns of every high school junior who has managed to get good grades throughout their high school careers yet still fall short because of the "potential" that colleges base admission on. If students spend their entire lives studying and doing homework, it is simply impossible for them to realize their abilities without expanding their horizons. Caroline represents the almost corrupt education system America has because teachers spend too much time jamming information into our heads that we don't get the chance to finally discover the potential that colleges look for. Thank you, Caroline for having the courage to share the true negligence of the American education system.
