Have you ever realized how many chemicals are in the food we eat? Organic food is food that is grown, without use of pesticides, and synthetic fertilizers. Organic food can benefit a person in many ways.


Organic Food is food that is grown without any use of chemicals. Organic refers to one way food can be produced. Organic foods are produced without any human-made fertilizers or pesticides. Organic farming is not free of toxic chemicals but the chemicals used are all grown in nature.


Organic food is healthy for one. Organic food prevents premature aging, and reduces risk of heart disease because the chemicals in nonorganic food can eventually risk one’s life. Farming this kind of food is better for the environment because nonorganic food destroys soil and pollutes one’s water. It’s GMO free, and cheaper. One’s body will be stronger, and one will be more energetic if they eat organic food. Organic food advantages one in many ways.


This kind of food is safe from all chemicals and it can benefit one’s body in many different ways.
