It's that teeth-rotting time of year again... HALLOWEEN! Here are some tips to keep in mind while trick or treating:

- Look both ways before crossing the street.
Pretty obvious, but watch out!

- Wear a flasher or blinker.
Alert others of your presence!

- Inspect your candy before you eat.
Make sure to check for any holes, cuts, etc. in wrappers and throw those away IMMEDIATELY! Never eat anything that has been OPENED, even if the person giving out the candy says it's okay.

- Don't go after dark.
Don't go out after... say 8 o'clock. Get out early for safety, and most of all for the candy! People stop giving out candy is they run out. (Duh! Just kidding.)

- Don't eat too much candy.
Most candies are packed with high amounts of sugar, fat, cholesterol and many other things that are bad for you! So don't dish out all of your candy. Save it and eat it in portions. Share some with others!

That's all... Hope my article has helped you. Bye!
