Your name calling,
Your jealousy,
The isolation,
The darkness,
Then…
DEATH.
This isn’t me.
This is what your poisoned words,
Actions and judgments,
Cause me to be.

You cause me to be weeded
Beaten up,
Torn apart,
Eroded,
And tossed away.
You cause me to become
Suicidal
And extinct.

You’ve embedded all these boulders,
Within me.
All of this,
For being different.

To make this a healthier,
Happier place to live,
Gaze into my eyes,
If you are willing
You shall discover me.
What will you see?
You will see a new life,
That blossoms alive.
That thrives
And flourishes.
You will see,
Appreciation,
Acceptance,
Love,
Kindness,
And compassion,
You will see a
Blossoming,
Bold,
Red,
Rose.
