I can relate to Elana B when she wrote about friends and bullying in her article "Toxic Friendships". Friendships can be dangerous if certain situations get out of hand especially when it involves more than one person. Elana made a good point when she stated "Bullying isn't necessarily a fight over lunch money or picking on someones clothes", because that is not always the case. In friendships, bullying can be disguised as "playing around" and sometimes more hurtful because they are your own friends. In a friendship, you let the other person get close enough and it makes you vulnerable to them. Also another friend can cause depression, low self esteem, and make you feel so bad to the point where tears are rolling down. Thank you, Elana for sharing and it was nice to read you were strong enough to move onto new friends.
