For most of Bryce Hobon's article, "The Tragedy of Horror", I was shaking my head in agreement. The movie industry in horror has become redundant. They have drained the true meaning of horror and replaced it with deceptive lies that they believe is "terror". Furthermore, I agree that "Paranormal Activity" is original, but it does not induce fear to the viewer; nothing happens until the last minutes of the movie! The movies that are original are outrageous; although "Cabin In The Woods" was an epic movie, it went everywhere and left the viewer befuddled. I believe, like Bryce, that someone needs to step up and make horror movies truly frightening and true to the genre.
