Autumn in the Ozarks

December 8, 2009
It’s the dry tingle in your nose as you step out of your house in the early morning. It’s the bitter nip at your heels as you jog through the frigid fog in the park. It’s the aroma of warm, freshly baked pumpkin pie wafting through your house as you step inside from getting the mail. It’s the feel of a burning cup of hot chocolate in your hand as you cheer on your small town’s high school football team. It’s the small black words on the pages of the book you read as you curl up next to the blazing fireplace. It’s all of this and more that lets you know one thing;

It’s autumn in the Ozarks.

Beautful, I love the imagery you created, I could feel the cup of hot chocolate burning my hands as I read that one line.
