Fallen

Darkness follows my body as I sink into the earth. The world around me crashing down at the seams. The end is near.
When the day is done I will find myself in a world of my own. The settling of the sun can be seen through the cracks of whatever is swallowing me whole. This is the day I will lose everything and I will never get it back.
When the world ends the sun will still shine but the clouds will fade away. Who will save us? I have fallen straight down to the point of no return. But only I will fall all the way down.
