Black hair drives out the red tint to it, bringing out his unearthly pale complexion. Eyes, blood red, cry out for mercy, beg me for forgiveness. But none could I give, for his heart was now cold as his blood and I could not save him. Barely now as he stalks toward me, could I save myself. A smile he used to make made me float with love, but no longer as his fangs cry out for my blood. "My darling,frightened you are, but why?" My ball gown shuffled as I quickly tried to escape, but his voice held me near. "I merely wish to touch the one I love."
"Touch me no longer foul beast!" I spat in his face, he looked hurt, but now hurt was replaced by anger.
"I am no beast." His tone was harsh, making small tears run off my face. "I am your love, your one, your only! And you, your mine, my better half, my one. My only!" His voice
roared as I trembled in fear. His face lightened and in an instant he was holding me. "My love what has made you change this way?" Once again, his eyes were filled with hurt. He held my head to his chest so I could cry on him.
"Let us run away! Please! Anywhere but here! They can not burn you!" He pulled my face away from his chest and sighed.
"But unfortunately it will happen again dear princess."
"Then kill me! For if I can not have your love, I shall not live."
"My lady..." a ruckus is heard from downstairs. "They have found me." His hand pulled out poison and poured it into our wine. "I wish to die with you my love. A last kiss in this life from you." So we kissed. "Thus with your kiss I must die."









And we drank.
