The bench overlooked the spot where they'd last seen each other. It was the bench where they first talked, the bench where they went after their first date, the bench where they were sitting when he proposed, the bench they went to every anniversary for a picnic. It was their bench, but without him, Cathy didn't see why it had meant so much to them both. They'd met their when they were both 14, and they spent the rest of their lives together, literally, but without John, Cathy didn't feel whole, she couldn't live without him, and was getting weaker and weaker each day. Cathy was only 30, but she she felt like she was old and fragile. Not going out with the girls anymore. Just worried, in case they get her, like they got John.

I only wrote this in like 10 minutes when I was bored, so it's not too good
