When you're older, I want you to stop and remember something. Stop and remember that the hard times were always changed into good somehow and that the anxiety you created in your head was never real. Come to realize as you get older that worrying will get you nowhere. You were able to make it through all of the obstacles thrown your way and look how strong you are, even if suicidal thoughts would take over your mind when things got too hard. You used to worry about the littlest things that weren't even necessary, but you sure as hell thought they were at the time. Those people you used to get so worked up over? Those you once called your "enemies"? They helped build your strength, so don't seem so hateful towards them. Just remember to appreciate the ones who stuck behind even when things got crazy. I just need you to keep all of these things in mind because someday, it will be so useful to know. We've been through so much and today, I want you to be able to look into that mirror you've been avoiding all these years and tell yourself that it's all going to be okay. It may take days, weeks, months, or even years, but it's all so worth it in the long run. Also try to remember that your mental health is most important. Do the things that make you happy and that take your mind off of those negative thoughts that come your way. Even the smallest amounts of happiness can count. Learn to take risks and don't ever take yourself too seriously. Life is too short.
