They said life would be the same. It would last just as long they said. They said that there will be no difference and no judgement. They told me that I could do anything and everything that I wanted to do. But they were wrong, they were wrong. My diabetes has changed everything about me, from big to small. It made me look differently at the world, it helped me forgive faster, Love longer, and not give up. It molded me into who I am now. And Even if I had the chance to change that day, I wouldn't. Because it helped me find who i am. I still have hope and look forward to getting better and being cured, Even though I know it may never even happen. Who knows maybe all we need is hope.
