“Come on, it’s not that scary,” Aisha tried convincing me. “Let’s go to that one. It’s not that high.”
“Ugh…do I have to?”
“Yes, Rachelle, you do. You have to ride at least one rollercoaster in your life. You’re thirteen and you haven’t even stood in line for one of these rollercoasters before.”
“Well that’s because I wanted to stay alive for these thirteen years.”
“Rachelle, let’s go! The line’s getting shorter.”
