Last night I dreamt of colossal women soaring over top of the Atlantic ocean, desperate to arrive in Greece.

“Te amo, my darling girl. Te amo,” her beloved mother spoke prior to her leaving. Her mother was a labor and delivery nurse, or as she states. She told her that she never went to college. When you are young they assume you know nothing, she thought to herself about her mother. They only saw each other twice a week.

23,000,000 women scurried. Left to right, left to right. She plunged in her airpods and listened to Zach Bryan. Following the landing in Athens, on a perfect 67 degree bright, fall morning, she required a cold pumpkin coffee from Starbucks. She decided to get an order of bacon to dawn her new life. She changed into a muted gray sweater, jeans and her platform converse, she was ready to take on the day. Walking on the streets of Athens, mid November, she heard a crunch! Leaves breaking like brittle. She had dreamt of days like this forever.
