One Empty Wallet

It is the only thing that is always with me. I am the only one that caries it. One empty wallet with only an ID and an old picture. There is money not here that I wish to be here. Torn and worn it’s a sorry excuse for a wallet. I sometimes forget its there but it’s never forgotten especially when it actually contains something.
Its meaning is definition. It is the only thing that keeps me going. It pushes me and drives me to gain wealth and keep a leveled head. It’s what it does.
Just remember why I have it, it defines me and I would different with out it. Like a rich man with no ambitions. It defines me.
When I am lost, when I don’t know who I am, it is that wallet that I look to. When I look into a mirror and there is nothing looking back. One wallet stays and defines. One wallet to be and define.
