It is 1865 right after the Civil War. Hi my name is Gimpy! I am a Newsy that lives on selling news papers on the streets of New York. It is a cold chilly day. Where I can see the steam coming out of the man holes in the ground. I can hear all the noises and see all of the bright lights of the city. As I see out of the corner of my eye. Someone was calling me over to buy a news paper. As I cross the street to get to them I can hear the sounds of my cowboy boots hitting the ground. Also as I tip my ten gallon hat e to the nice lady I get hit by a trolley. I get up slowly and I hear three big huge booms! Over the next couple of years I notice someone was shooting at me!
