Ingredients:

1 cup of lonely
2 tbsp of perfection
½ cup of failure
3 tsp of sadness
¼ cup of disappointment
? cup of distance
2 cups of lost hope
6 drops of tears
3 cups of therapy
1 tbsp of oblivion

Directions:
1. Mix distance and lonely into a large bowl.
Distanced from friends, from family.
You caused this loneliness yourself.
2. Stir in tears and sadness.
Fresh tears falling from glazed eyes and pale cheeks.
You have no excuse for this sadness.
3. Combine disappointment, perfection and failure into a separate bowl.
Disappointment from parents - you’re not what they wanted.
Your life was perfect, you had no problems - what happened?
You’ve failed everyone: family, friends, yourself.
4. Blend therapy and lost hope in the large bowl.
What good did therapy do, you’re just as depressed as before?
You’ve lost it all, lost all hope in happiness.
5. Add oblivion into the smaller, separate bowl.
Just be happy they say. Just smile they tell you.
6. Finally, mix all together in the large bowl.
Congratulations, you have depression.
