The day they told him he left no goodbye he just ran he hadn't been back since he couldn’t. But a recent family emergency had forced him to visit he loved his family that's why he came back… his feet guiding him somewhere he never wanted as he made his way thru the stone yard his destination the little hill in the back with a bench built just for her it was old and barely put together but they fit on it and it held their weight and that was all that was needed he passed a small stone reading the name with a glance his eyes filled with tears… he only let them dry as he continued to the bench it faced not towards the sad cold concrete but the plentiful green and blue of the forest and its stream he does not dare sit down on the chipped bench obviously not touched in years. He noticed a new wooden cross on the edge of the water… what he didn't notice was the figure draped in black slowly walking up behind him till it was too late… till he lay on the ground soaked from the morning dew…. And tears of a heavenly face he never thought he would see again the last time he had he was hearing what to his ears words that sounded like a curse “I'm pregnant, it's his we are going to get married.” she was so excited that day seeming to forget the month before when she said she didn’t care if he liked him he was her best friend moments later she was on the phone asking the puppet to make a cross for Bunnyz Jr, her boyfriend drowned him as a punishment for her defiance. He knew he was no good.. While yes the small man believed she was too good for him that monster was not even worth a glance from her more or less the beautiful mind-body and what he assumed would HAVE been a just as perfect BABY GIRL she possessed… he played there pulling her close as she wept “They took him away for good.” but it was too late he had done the unforgivable being the lazy scum he was she had to work “ He said it was HER fault.” how she was only 4 she knew no better?  “He said she needed to learn to listen.”  his heart trembled at her next words “He killed her just like he did Jr.” she nuzzled into him as he sat up holding whispering calming words in her ear.  As he sat up the words tumbled out tired of being caged for too long… “ I love you forever and always I have and will.” repeating the words she told him altho they were only 4 at the time the sounds escaped from her mouth all most in the same position when his grandma died , This time only she was the one blushing back  “You have to I'm your best friend.”… they sat there holding each other as they let the salty water escape their eye’s he read the stone once more        In Young Loving Memory

She always did love that name.

“Live like there is no tomorrow love like there was never a yesterday dream like this is the first and last day of your life, that is how she lived… she never let the memories of the past taint her future. I know I'm not the first but that’s ok because I understand mommy didn’t get much time with her and daddy never met her that's why they had me a second chance at first love.”
