I am shiny and bright glistening in the sunlight. The light reflects off my face, I am still polished from rarely being used. I see into many faces some bright with wonder and others hollow, and decrepit their self-worth is held in my hands. Images and self-reflections distorted not bothering to look beyond the cracks at what truly lies in oneself. Dewy to the touch and fogged with steam I can’t see what is trying to peer back at me.
