   As the night begins

smiles are limited,

closeness is monitored,

motion is timid.

The beat picks up

the walls grow closer.

A smile breaks open to a laugh,

a motion turns into a dance.

Two become one.

The room begins to spin,

motion becomes free,

closeness becomes unnoticed.

The beat comes to a close,

Closeness becomes distant,

motion is timid,

shyness appears on a smile.

The room opens up

as the night comes to an end.
