LORD OF THE DANCE by Josh B.,
Fort Worth, TX The curtain goes up
My feet start to dance.
They scream and they yell
But can never understand the dance.

Sweat drips down my dancing brow
And the crowd wants more.
My crazy dancing eyes hurt under the lights
But my feet continue to dance.

My knees want to give way
But my heart says "Dance, you fool!"
The silly Americans clap and cheer
Do they not understand my pain?

My hair has been soiled
The sweat has a taste of my hair spray.
My shoe fell off, and flew into the crowd,
So this lord is saddled with a lawsuit or two.

Now my crazy dancing checkbook
Is nothing more than a pathetic paperweight.
My life is no longer full of crazy dancing,
But would you like fries with that?

Love, like you can't get hurt
Dance, like no one's watching
Live, like there's no tomorrow

I love how this describes the feeling you get right when that curtain opens! i love this! :)
