The Days
The weather was changing. It used to be hot and the leaves were a beautiful shade of green, now it's getting cooler and the leaves are falling from their branches. I kicked a golden maple leaf on my way to Rylee's house. A breeze made me zip my jacket. I'm glad Rylee lives on the other side of the park. I love walking through the park in Autumn. It's not so hot that you're sweating through your clothes and it is not so cold that you need a heavy coat that weighs you down. Rylee and I usually walk through town on a day like this.
I made it to her house and met her at the door. Together we walked down market st. Past all of the shops and ducked into Starbucks. We sat and talked all day.
