The Lion
Two friends, Rob and Bill, were on a walk through the jungle in search of fruit. They had been walking for hours and they were starting to get thirsty. They stopped at a river to get a drink. They were on their hands and knees drinking water from the stream, and Bill noticed a lion quickly approaching them. Without warning Rob, Bill started running to a nearby tree. There was no time for Rob to run, so he lay on his back and played dead. The lion approached Rob, but did not kill him. When the lion left, Bill climbed out of the tree and asked Rob what had happened. Rob said “He told me I should choose better friends.”
