When I first met him he was a friend. Mostly my brothers friend. I grew close to him, Thomas. But I never realized you would leave. While I was in seventh grade I thought I was in love and that he liked me back. But only he didn't. I was a year later the I still liked him I knew I would never get a chance. It was at band camp when I became very upset. My friend was going after him. They had gotten together after I told her let him go he was a heart breaker. When I see them hug my heart broke. A few months later they were still together. Before we went on the field to perform I have a memory of Thomas laughing and joking around. At that moment I didn't know I would never see him again.
