Inspired by: “Waiting on the world to change;” John Mayer
I’m at the beach swimming, with the sun and the clouds. Smiling and playing guitar. Eating ice cream and walking through the street saying hi. What’s your name world? I’m not scared, how old are you? Having fun, no worries no fear. Kids playing, enjoying the big beautiful trees the fresh air, the laughter; Want to play in the swings? It’s okay. Polar bears and penguins, longer their life. Hug here bear hug there. Skipping and dancing on the streets, the families all together, Christmas, summer, animals, love peace. Yes, that was my dream. I woke up: war, news, killing here, killing there. Soldiers at war, pollution everywhere. Glaciers melting, bye bye to polar bears. Death, hunger, argues and tears. My dream? Yes, I do believe but still waiting- waiting on the world to change.
