The Fruit of a Child's Labor
My brothers and I spent an entire day taking SOME of the leaves in our yard and putting them at the foot of our slide. It took them so long, but they never became swayed. Finally, at around 3 p.m., they had finished their work and enjoyed the fruits of their labors. Small as an accomplishment it was, the fun they had all afternoon made their troubles worth it.
