The Colors of India MAG
This photograph was taken in India, near Delhi. The small taxi cart driving along the highway is so full that women sit along the back edge and young boys by the doors. Not only does this show the immense population of India, but also its poverty. The side of the road is strewn with trash, and cows roam the streets. Even with a car filled with several people, there is only one bag. Even so, the Indian women show the beauty of India through their bright and beautiful clothing. Their bright smiles bring this photograph a positive outlook on a suffering country.
