Down south it snows maybe once a year, and when it does usually it's a couple of snowflakes. So this year the sky surprised us when it threw down a thunderstorm at us when it was thirty degrees outside. The next day everyone went crazy (children, teens, adults, grandparents, pets, etc.)when they saw that there was an inch and a half of snow on the ground and everything was frozen. Nobody went to work or to school that day . . . everyone dug out their cameras and took as many pictures as possible. Also, every single house had a snowman at the end of the driveway. I am not even exaggerating when I say that all the neighbors started walking from house to house to see whose snowman looked the best. So this is one picture I took on that unforgettable day.
