Ernest Hemingway: If it's bad, I'll hate it. If it's good, then I'll be envious and hate it even more. You don't want the opinion of another writer.

“I've never been lonely. I've been in a room -- I've felt suicidal. I've been depressed. I've felt awful -- awful beyond all -- but I never felt that one other person could enter that room and cure what was bothering me...or that any number of people could enter that room. In other words, loneliness is something I've never been bothered with because I've always had this terrible itch for solitude.

This is really a gorgeous picture--it really shows what the melting pot really means. Maybe it's not clearly abstract, but to someone who really looks every person standing there says something different and that  building in the back is a symbol.

I really don't see why this picture os so great. I mean, it's not really creative or thought provoking or anything. It's just a tourist's picture.

This picture to me me brings me some inspiration and it also shows that anyone no matter what race or color you are anyone can chase their dreams.
