You have good mark-making. The sea horse looks lacking in detail though. Maybe add some more little touches like fins or something in the future, as it kind of looks like a waffle lol
Also think about adding more of a background to make the composition more interesting. Add some bubbles maybe, a bit of coral and sand and more values to show the depth of the water or whatever you'd like.
Good job though!
