Positive Reinforcement
Sometimes a person finds themselves overwhelmed. Sometimes it's hard to get out of bed, to face the day. The sun can be bright in the sky but inside you can be a gloomy rainstorm. On days like these, a person can convince themselves that the day will be not worth the effort, hopeless, inevitably miserable.

On days like these, I feel like screaming, but in the end, all you can really do is tell yourself: I am going to have a good day. I am going to have a good day. I AM GOING TO HAVE A GOOD DAY again and again until I swing my legs over the side of the bed and face the day.

 Carpe diem!
