I do believe you have captured the idea around Cthulhu well. He was, according to H.P. Lovecraft,"A monster of vaguely anthropoid outline, but with an octopus-like head whose face was a mass of feelers, a scaly, rubbery-looking body, prodigious claws on hind and fore feet, and long, narrow wings behind."[ Which you have created well.

This is really cool. It reminds me of the Loch Ness monster. I don't know how you did that but, you are very talented.
