Of course I don't mind if you use it as a screensaver! :] I'm delighted that you like my work.
As far as the process goes, I use a tablet (specifically the Intuos 4) to draw right onto the screen and Photoshop Elements as my media program. Basically, I draw on the tablet and it shows up on the "paper" on PSE.
