This is one of my favorite drawings, it is a collection actually, but in every one she, the angel, does not have a face. To me she represents the defiance in all of us, a fallen angel, fallen from the graces of god, but maybe she hasn't fallen but has jumped. It was not where she wanted to be so she decided to do what she wanted, go against everything, even the perfect world she lived in. As you can tell the one color of this drawing is her halo, it is in the middle of turning red. Red usually represents sin, imperfection, or even contamination, it is in her hand because this is who she is now, no longer able to where the sign of perfection and virtue, she must take it off. And by taking it off she is becoming the person she wants to be, even if that means revolting against everything she knows.

All I need is for someone to say "I believe in you."

I like this you can see sadness but also wishful thinking.
