I was a vibrant red,
Short tempered,
Never meant a word I said,
I tried to be centered.
But that’s not the way I was.
I screamed too much,
I needed everything to pause.
I needed someone to clutch.

Everywhere I turn, all I see are colors.
I look around and I don’t even see the others.
All I see is you and I.
All I see is you and I.

You, were a dark and deep blue.
On your arms you drew.
You pierced my soul with your sad eyes.
There was no one to hold you.
You sat alone and cried.
You cried too much,
You needed everything to pause.
You needed someone to clutch.

Everywhere I turn, all I see are colors.
I look around and I don’t even see the others.
All I see is you and I.
All I see is you and I.

Since you’ve come around,
I’ve learned how to calm down.
Now you can smile,
Even if it is just once in awhile.
We don’t need to pause.
Nothing will be like it was.
You’re what I needed to clutch.
I never knew I could love so much.

Everywhere I turn, all I see are colors.
I look around and I don’t even see the others.
All I see is you and I.
All I see is you and I.

Everywhere I turn, all I see are colors.
I look around and I don’t even see the others.
All I see is you and I.
All I see is you and I.
