Verse 1:
I’ve been searching when I’m blind,
Now I gotta leave it all behind
I think I’m gonna lose myself tonight ooh,
You can bring me down somehow,
And lift me high above
We’re the hurricanes of love
You ooh.

Bridge:
Goodbye to you and you and me, tonight, we fly
Soaring up we were wild and free, alive, oh why?

Chorus:
Oh why can’t you see I’m a waterfall of fire?
Oh I can’t breathe ‘cause I gotta say goodbye.
You tore me up and fixed me out.
Oh I can’t breathe ‘cause I gotta say goodbye
Goodbye

Verse 2:
Gotta leave all the memories behind,
Because it really hurts inside,
You can only be mine
You ooh,

(Bridge)

(Chorus)

Hook:
I don’t even know what goes in my mind,
Bury me alive and then take flight,
Gotta leave tonight, you know I’m ‘fraid of heights,
I see you soon again with the brightest city lights.
I’ll be waiting on snow that’s shining white,
I’m sorry to do this, you know I’m right,
Gotta leave tonight, you know I’m ‘fraid of heights,
I see you soon again with the brightest city lights.

(Chorus)

The author's comments:

I was inspired to write this piece since I was going to move away from where I used to live, and I just felt that my whole world had been shattered. I wanted to write a song, to express how I feel, and to tell everyone goodbye, and that their time with me was valuable and will always be remembered.
