Without that figure,
How does boy turn to man
How does girl learn to love
He’s supposed to teach more on life and spreading love
He misses your every birthday
But tells a friend of a friend to send you love
He tells you he’ll be there
But lies upon the earth like a dove
He’s careless thoughts break your heart
And now you think of the world you have apart
Not only did you want a friend
You needed him to hold your hand
He’ll be back when you win
Only to claim precious product
But he never texted, called, or showed up for good luck
