While Dad and I do like to
Talk about some things together,
The thing is:

I (sort of) like Coldplay,
Dad doesn't.

I like to go to the Go-Kart place,
Dad doesn't.

I really like to watch Jeopardy,
Dad doesn't.

I like to to to Barnes & Noble all the time,
Dad doesn't.

I like to watch movies a lot,
Dad doesn't.

I like to buy lots of junk food at the local supermarket,
Dad doesn't.

But maybe I should be a little closer to him anyway.
Because even though we don't always agree on everything,
Through it all,
I still have a warm and loving father.
