we are the hidden, the languishing, the victims.

We are the "stupid" the "dumb" the -excluded-

we are the "fat", the "ugly", the "useless".

We are the weeping, the cutting, the tearing,

we are the criers, in corners of halls.

Could be the listeners, the fighters, the healers,

Could be the dreamers, the forever schemers,

Could be the inventors of tomorrow's great future,

the innovators, the leader, O it's such a pity.

That we are not.

Because of the "strong" the "brave, the "intelligent,"

Because of the "skilled," the "pretty," the "athletic".

Because of the hurters, the word-spitting monsters,

we are the broken, the hurt, and the needy.
