There's proof that God made giants.

     The tales say that they are mean and nasty, have little heart

but to eat softer souls.

I'd like to disprove that.

For I know a giant. There's no wonder God made him so large and overbearing;

his heart so large and his soul so bright,

    it couldn't be contained in just any average body.

When God made Giants, he was thinking of you.

When he made you

he was thinking of how wonderful your hugs would be;

how safe and protected people feel in your arms.

When God made Giants,

he was thinking of you;

he was thinking of how large a part you would play in people's lives--

the amazing giant on the world stage.

How you would become Superman and try to save everyone.

I watch this giant explode against the bad guys,

making sure everyone else is fine;

even if he isn't.

I watch this giant,

this Superman,

control his temper when he doesn't want to hurt those he cares about.

I watch this Superman,

this giant,

deal with the littlest things.

I watch this person show he cares in the smallest of forms;

I know that when God made this giant,

he was thinking of his all-encompassing heart,

his enormous soul,

and his ever-protective temper. 

        I love this God-Given Giant,

this Superman,

this male,

this person:

because he is all that and more...
