i made those glasses
in a bubblegum filled haze
but i never saw through those makeshift magnifiers
because i was never meant to have them
but i bore my yellow plaid jacket nonetheless
in a dream of desire and hope
buttons tight
the leaves of the trees whispering my name
glasses made of fingers made me see
