Breathing in confusion,
while holding back the tears.
Heart shattering as he stands in front of me.
Reaching for the words,
but unable to match the definition.
Shiver in the thought of
separation,
for he is the one i do,
true,
love.
Will he say “I do”
and claim forever?
or declare independence and
leave my heart stranded?
needing to tell him how i feel
this way,
but hurting is all i fear.
